1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting KYOKA 3.0 to a Discord server, executing its slash or prefix commands, accessing the web dashboard, or purchasing a premium license key, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must remove the application from your server.
2. Harmony with Discord Guidelines
All users and server administrators must comply with the official Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. KYOKA 3.0 must never be deployed to facilitate raids, distribute malicious material, harass individuals, or violate third-party intellectual property rights.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass authentication mechanisms on the dashboard API or bot client.
- Submitting automated bot requests or flood attacks that exceed defined rate limits.
- Attempting to forge session tokens, tamper with HMAC nonces, or impersonate other Discord server owners.
- Using the AI conversational engine to generate illegal, hate-inciting, or harassing content.
4. Server Administrator Responsibilities
Server administrators are solely responsible for configuring Anti-Nuke punishments, role hierarchies, and trusted whitelists. KYOKA executes administrative actions (such as role stripping, kick, or ban) based strictly on authorized server configurations. The bot developers bear no liability for configuration mistakes made by server operators.
5. Premium Licenses and Fair Exchange
Premium licenses are granted via authenticated license keys and tied to server or user IDs. Licenses grant access to unthrottled features including 24/7 audio stay mode, high-yield weighted giveaways, and 16-vector anti-nuke shielding. The KYOKA operations team reserves the right to revoke licenses without refund if a server is found to be orchestrating cyber attacks or violating terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & SLA
KYOKA 3.0 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our engineering team targets 99.9% uptime with automated gateway reconnection backoff, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service in the event of upstream Discord API outages, cloud provider disruptions, or network partitions.
